Some flight departments still use covers, or hats, as a part of their flight department uniform ensemble. We offer cap devices at a nominal fee. If you were to purchase pilot wings, then the cap badges would only be $1 more than the wings. You paid $12 for your wings.... then the cap badges would be $13 each.
